Currently, the video conferencing systems MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom and Go2Meeting are integrated into the Notes client, others will follow.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I have to install anything?”]\n

No, you do not need to install anything on your server or client. Notes2Conf is cloud-based, i.e. an invitation will be created and sent from your Notes client as usual. This invitation will then connect to the purchased video conferencing systems via our server or create the meeting in addition to Notes. The admin has to make an entry in the address book, that is all.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Which data is stored?”]\n

We do not store any data about your invitations or conferences on our server, we only “route” the requests from your existing mail system into the corresponding video conference system you purchased. We only store the data you provide for billing and information purposes, according to the currently valid laws.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long does the setup take?”]\n

Usually, you will be able to use the interface within a few hours of registering to test or purchase it. Our system will inform you by mail.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is a license for the video conferencing solution included?”]\n

No, we only establish a connection from the Notes system to the corresponding video conferencing solutions. A license for your preferred video conferencing solution is not included; you need to purchase it separately. In most cases, however, it is sufficient for the moderator to purchase a license, but you can find more information on the website of the respective provider.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What happens if a meeting is postponed?”]\n

Just as previously, all participants of the meeting will receive a new mail with the corresponding new participation data. For us, this does not change anything; the participation link is included in every new invitation.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need a password to participate?”]\n

No, the participants do not need a password, only the creator of the meeting will receive a confirmation mail with a password. This person will also be the moderator. Only the moderator can start the conference. The participants just click on the participation link from the invitation and can join the meeting without a password. If the moderator is unable to attend at the time of the meeting, he or she must hand the password to a participant who can then start the meeting as the moderator.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I use the solution On Premises?”]\n
